Top-10 finishes for Taylor in Fall Finale
Jeff Taylor spent the weekend in Iowa, where he competed in a 24-car IMCA Modified field during the Fall Finale at Fayette County Speedway. He notched a pair of results in the top 10 at the 3/8-mile clay oval in Webster City.
On Friday, Taylor drove his No. 5 Modified to a fifth-place result in his heat race. He started 15th in the 25-lap, $1,000-to-win feature and finished seventh.
Saturday saw Taylor begin his evening as runner-up in his heat. In the feature event — the $2,000-to-win Rage Chassis 40 — he started 12th and came home ninth at the end of 40 laps.
