13th-place result for Taylor in TOMS start at Southern Oklahoma Speedway
Jeff Taylor returned to the cockpit of the No. 14 Modified at Southern Oklahoma Speedway on Saturday for a 32-car Touring Outlaw Modified Series (TOMS) program.
Taylor opened his evening with a runner-up result in his heat race at the 3/8-mile oval in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He rolled off from the 10th spot to begin the 25-lap, $1,500-to-win feature and ran as high as sixth before finishing 13th.
